We provide a platform for users to submit preliminary case details, which may be forwarded to attorneys or legal service providers who choose to respond. We also facilitate co-counsel introductions for law firms seeking to partner on complex matters such as mass torts.

We are not a law firm, do not offer legal advice, and do not guarantee legal representation. Submitting information to us does not guarantee that you will be contacted or represented by an attorney. All case decisions are made solely by the law firms or attorneys who receive your information.

2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. We do not provide, and you should not rely on us for, legal counsel. Submitting a case evaluation or contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Legal Link or with any third-party legal provider.

Any legal relationship formed is solely between you and the law firm that agrees to represent you, subject to a separate agreement. The Legal Link does not monitor communications between you and legal providers and is not responsible for any outcomes of those interactions.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

All information you submit is accurate, current, and complete;
You will update your information if it changes;
You are using the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes;
You are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Legal Link is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.

Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), regardless of the nature of the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Legal Link, its employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including reasonable legal fees—arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms;
Any User Content you submit;

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including misuse or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete all data and content associated with your use of the Services and bar you from future access.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. All legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Union County, New Jersey. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any rights to pursue claims as part of a class or representative action.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Legal Link regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
